The Mt.SAC (San Antonio College) race is one of the biggest races in the Nation and is known world wide, races start every 7 minutes (talk about chaotic). The race is 2.9 miles with switchbacks,and several Hills.
The entire coarse represents pure agony with every step.

hell yea it is. i went there in my 4th & 5th grade year & it was fun but brutal.

yea i know i was talking about Mt. SAC period. lol. but i think i got like 2nd or 3rd in a few of the races.... i dont realy rember its been like 7 years. lol.

nice i finished 9th in my 3miles coarse. and got a medal, it wz pretty cool =D

i love to run 2 but i have bad asthma so my lungs dont let me. lol. & i have ozzgoodslaughters ( dont know how 2 spell that word lol ) disease in my knees. im sure you know what that is cuz my doctorss told me alot of runners get it so yea.
