Opening night was not very good for me. We re already going on the 5th race of the season for my division and the season is getting better and better.
Opening night I drove my car like an idiot and ended up taking myself out and finishing 16th in the main. After talking with some great friends at the track, I changed a couple little things on my car but made some huge mental changes with the way I drove the car. Each week has gotten better and better with both a heat race win, 2 4th place mains and finally a 1st place main event win last.
I get to race with some of the best pro dwarf car drivers on the west coast every week and I go home at the end of the night with new knowledge to not only be a better driver the next week but also how to be a better person.......
We are racing again this week and I know it is going to be an awesome night of racing with all the top drivers like Saxton, Estrada, Olson, Figuroa, and Fillingham making sure I dont get my first back to back win.......
Good luck if you are racing this week too.........

Well unfortunately im not racing this year now due to FLAKES.. but I figure i'd tell you about the bomber I raced 2 weeks ago.. The bombers at our track is basically a derby but you actually go around the watered down track after all the serious racers race. It's actually really fun and i love crashing when its legal.. lol.. but I crashed into a few cars, poked a hole in the gas tank, spun out like 3 times but did a 360 and kept going and finished about 3rd.. It was fun so just thought i'd share for a good laugh :) Good luck to all you racers and hopefully the next race results from me will be from a serious dirt track race :)

This year we are taking the time to just play, to have fun.
We started racing karts in 2005 and have beening going full throttle since. I needed a break, and have just been playing around with Modifeds getting ready for next year. Tried a new setup on our kart from a guy that is the most dominate Winged Outlaw 500 racer in the nation right now and our kart flew through the corners, best I have ever seen it do, and my son loved it.
Thanks to Nick DeMoss for the setup help.

Things got ugly on lap two as Drew Smith, Adam Noonan and Derek Morris spun coming off turn two. Morris’ car ended up stopped facing oncoming traffic right in the groove. Bill Reeves Jr. who was running near the tail of the field rammed head on into Morris after the caution flag had flown putting an end to both drivers’ night.

Dylan Herman looked to be headed to his third UMP Hornet Feature win until slipping up high in turn two with a flat tire while leading. Adam Noonan, also looking for his third feature win slipped underneath Herman’s ailing car to take over the lead and didn’t look back. The sixteen-year-old driver held on to pick up the victory.

Derek Morris finished second followed by Gabe Mueller and Drew Smith who finally broke his string of second place finishes, ending up fourth. Nate Meinka posted a fifth place finish.
