all bikes and quads under 110cc have been banned by the federal government!!! i am not bull****ting you go to the AMA website.. the CPSC ( consumer product safety commission) has inacted the CPSIA the consumer product safety improvement act. Dealers are not allowed to sell any bike or quad under 110cc!!! "because of led in the parts" i want to know who is letting there kids chew on the bikes before they go riding. along with this ban the dealers are not allowed to sell any safety equiptment for children under the age of 13. no helmets no gloves no boots no goggles nothing!!!! the government is also attempting to close cal city.... so all of us riders that know cal city as home and those of us that have kids need to stand up and let the government know that this ban is not going to fly... they are taking away our freedom and our right to recreate!!!!!! so for the good of all riders call you local congressmen, senators.... here is the info for a few people...
