I was going to say Richard Mccormick, not sure what year but the track might be indian dunes cause its so dark which would make it back around 1980 to 85?

Ya, i'm pretty sure I was. Oildale(Bakersfield) and Billy Boat won that night.

Photo #39 .... AJ is in the #9 car, #40 and #4 are drivers that won a lot of races and championships in sprints and dirt track champ cars. (Do your home work)

Photo #39.... Here is a clue: The #40 car this Driver was a 3 in a row USAC sprint car champ in the late 60s and 70s The #4 car this Driver drove for AJ

Yes ..... On Photo #39 Goegre Snider #4, Larry Dickson #40, AJ Foyt #9 1971 Snider won his frist dirt champ car championship that year. ( racerswife got it)
